To give our customers complete peace of mind, all Cordavio products come with a comprehensive warranty that covers both material and workmanship.
What Our Warranty Covers
We stand behind the integrity of our products. Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects related to materials, stitching, hardware, or workmanship. Should you encounter any issues in these areas, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you.
- Leather Quality: We guarantee the authenticity and durability of our premium leather. Any material defects or irregularities in the leather that impair its function or beauty are covered under our warranty.
- Hardware: All hardware components such as zippers, buckles, and snaps are included under the warranty. If any hardware malfunctions or fails under normal usage conditions, we will repair or replace the affected component.
- Workmanship: Our products are meticulously crafted with attention to detail. If you notice any issues with stitching, seams, or construction that arise from the manufacturing process, these are fully covered.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
While we ensure that our products are of the highest quality, our warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, neglect, or normal wear and tear. The following are not included in our warranty:
- Wear and Tear: Leather is a natural material that develops a patina and softens over time. Scuffs, scratches, and fading due to everyday use are considered part of the leather's natural aging process and are not covered.
- Water Damage: Exposure to excessive moisture, improper care, or water damage is not covered. We recommend following the Leather Care guidelines to keep your items in the best condition.
- Damage from Improper Use: Any damage caused by misuse, accidents, or alterations made to the product after purchase is excluded from the warranty. This includes damages caused by exposure to chemicals or cleaning products not suitable for leather.
Warranty Period
The warranty period for all Cordavio leather products is 1 year from the date of purchase. Within this period, if any defects arise that fall under the warranty coverage, we will either repair the product or offer a replacement based on the issues' severity.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
We’ve made the warranty claim process as easy as possible for our customers. If you experience any issues with your Cordavio product, simply follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@cordavio.com or call/whatsapp us at +92 300 1001431 with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Assessment: Our team will assess the claim, and in most cases, request images of the defect to determine whether it falls under our warranty coverage.
- Repair or Replacement: If your claim is approved, we will arrange for a repair or replacement, depending on the extent of the defect. In the event that the product cannot be repaired or replaced with an identical item, we will offer you a product of equal value or provide a store credit.
