Are your products handmade?
Yes, all of our products are made by hand. Our skilled craftsmen handle the entire process using various tools. However, only some of the smaller parts are hand-stitched.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for detailed guidelines.
Do you offer international shipping?
